Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges are available within the first 7 days of delivery. We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be processed. If there is an issue with your package that is determined to be a result of our error, we will cover the return shipping fee.
Perfect Distraction Hair Gallery will thoroughly inspect the returned product.

If the issue is verified, we will also cover the cost to resend the correct product.

If no issue is found, the original product will be shipped back to the customer without an exchange.
Important Note on Returns
We do not accept returns due to change of mind, including but not limited to:

Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged due to an error on our part.
