Perfect Distraction Fulfillment Center is opened Tuesday- Saturday 9am -4pm EST. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing and 2 - 3 business days for shipping.
We're closed on Sundays and Mondays, therefore, no shipping will be made on those days or holidays.
All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers where you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation.
Once order has been shipped, please allow the carrier to update your tracking information.
Your carrier will keep your tracking information updated once the items have been shipped.
Can I cancel or change an order after I’ve placed it?
We work fast and diligently to make sure we ship your orders in the time frame promised. Therefore, once your order is submitted the shipment process begins immediately and we are unable to honor request for item changes or order cancellations. Once you have received your items, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange or return.
Please note, Perfect Distraction is not responsible return shipping labels or refund shipping fees.
If you placed the incorrect mailing address, we will work diligently to correct your mailing address.
However, if we are not able to correct the shipping address or retrieve the package from the carrier, Perfect Distraction cannot assume liability for packages not received due to incorrect shipping address.
If your package is misplaced during transit, we are not responsible for that package if you failed to add package protection to your order. Package protection helps protect your package if it’s lost, stolen or misplaced during transit. If you choose not to add package protection and your package is misplaced, please call USPS and file an insurance claim for your package.
