Due to the nature of our business once order is placed there are NO CANCELLATIONS, NO ORDER CHANGES AND NO REFUNDS. Exchanges are only available within 7 days of signature. We strongly encourage you to check you order upon arrival. We will not exchange any item that has been colored or altered from its natural state. We will only exchange an item that may be defective; NO COLOR, INCHES or CHANGE OF MIND will be accepted. If there is a problem with the order you must contact us within the 7 day period. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS once this time period has passed. You must contact a PDHG Rep to proceed in the exchange process you may need to submit pictures and other information through EMAIL at email@example.com. Product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use shipping that provides with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted. We will pay the return shipping if item is exchanged back to you. Exchange will only be granted for the original order. Perfect Distraction Hair Gallery will thoroughly inspect the product, upon verification of the problem we will bear the cost to send out a product replacement. If no problem with the product is evident, we will send the item(s) in question back to the customer without an exchange of product.
PLEASE NOTE: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all refund and exchange policies are voided.
