Exchanges are available within the first 7 days of delivery. We encourage you to check your order upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within the first 7 days of your item being received. Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted. Items must remain in its original package to grant an exchange. Due to sanitation purposes, we're unable to exchange any hair that has been opened and removed from it's original packaging. If there's an issue with your package that’s due to any fault of ours, we will pay the return shipping fee. Perfect Distraction Hair Gallery will thoroughly inspect the product, upon verification of the issue, we will pay the cost to resend the product. If no issue is suspected with the product, we will reship the product to the customer without an exchange of product.
